10 Years Ago...

...This happened

The pictures tell the whole story!!

I was in Jr. High when this happened...

... Math class.

My history teacher Mr. Minter (who also went over to serve our country as the years went on) came into our math class and asked our teacher if he heard the news.

None of us knew what he meant,

so he turned on the t.v. and we all saw the disturbing news!

I was confused at first not sure why people were so worried and running scared.

Until I finally saw the disaster...

...It takes your breath away just thinking about all the lives lost.

I can not believe that it has been 10 years...

... Every year on this date they play American song on the radio and have families say who they lost!

Makes me cry every time.

Thank you to all of you who serve for our country.

We would be no where if it weren't for you!!

We love you all!!!

Words Wednesday

I only have 2 more days of work this week!!

I am so very excited to have a 3 day weekend...

... I don't even remember the last time I got a 3 day weekend other then when a vacation was planned.

On Friday I am going to be hanging out with my adorable Ryssa!!!

While her mommy goes to the Hospital to get enduced to have my other adorable Jaelyn!!!

I can not even wait to meet her.

These 9 months have gone way faster then the 9 months waiting for Laryssa!!!

I am so excited to be with my family and have the whole Friday to just hang out.

On Saturday our best friends are getting married!!!

We can not even wait for you two!

Steve and Lara you guys are going to have such an amazing day :)

I am so excited to be there and share this special day with you!!!!

Make sure you take the whole day to enjoy every minute...

... It will go by faster then you will ever know time can go!!!

P.S. We are way jealous you get to go to the Happiest Place On Earth afterwards!! Haha!!

I love both my jobs and they are both treating me just great!!

I am just very tired and starting to get very worn down working 6 days a week..

...Who knew it would take such a toll.

If I could get Saturday's off I would be the happiest girl!!

But that is only a wish that would never come true...

... Just to get a few Saturday's off for weddings and family outings have been like pulling teeth!!

Fingers crossed something works out!

 Lastly we are so bummed that Summer is basically over.

Summer was such a late start and now it is alredy starting to cool down in the mornings and evenings!!

I would be totally ok if it stayed warm until Halloween!!

Speaking of they are already putting Halloween Decorations out in stores :)

We do have to admit we can't wait for all the Holidays!!

DisneyLand: Day 3 & 4

On the 3rd day the boys went golfing in the morning so the rest of us went to the park.

Meg left bright and early this morning to head to her families.... it is tricky to spend 3 days in an amusement park when you are expecting!! We missed her.

So off to California Adventures we went.

We hit up Muppet's 3D

Then we saw a short parade.

This 3D movie is one of the best!!

They really do such a good job :)

When the boys got to the park after golf we all rode Tower of Terror for the first time.

I love this ride!!!

Griff not so much...

Next over to Disneyland.

We love Indy!!!

So we rode it a lot!!!

Thunder Mountain!

Snow White Corner!!!

Finding Nemo submarine ride!!

Space Mountain yet again hahah!!

Our attempt to a double Decker plank!!

Hahah we didn't get it very well because some guy yelled "No double Decker planks!"

All our fast passes!!!

Griff is a good driver.

On the 4th day we hit the park again!!!

Poor Griffin...

... his feet were so bruised from all the walking.

A word of advice when you go to Disney make sure you bring more then 1 pair off shoes.

We switched up partners to see which team would win!!

April and Griff took won us all.

... Most of us stayed pretty dry!!

The day before when we went on this I got soaked!

So glad I didn't get soaked again!

When we went to the Disney side we got there just in time for the Parade!!!

Again we switched up teams!!!

This line was ridiculous...

75 minute wait!!!

Thank heavens we had a fast pass.

It was such a fun ride  :D

After this ride my poor camera went on the Fitz!!!

It is all blurry...

... Dang it!!!

We saw the firework show this night and then hit up some dinner!!

Then back to the hotel.

In the morning we got up early and hit the road for a 11 hour drive home!!!

We had so much fun!!

Can not wait to go back in April!!
