24th of July

Back tracking a bit here..

On the 24th of July Griff , Blakelee, and I went down to City Creek to do some shopping. Griff had never been there before so it was a lot of fun to walk around with him. We grabbed some lunch at the food court then hit the shops. We had a blast just wish that there were some more shops in our price range!! 

Later that night we had Steve and Lara come over to have some steaks for dinner. The boys cooked the steaks while Lara and I set the table and made the side dishes. It was a delicious dinner. Blakelee hung out for a little while then she went down for bed. We all headed outside to light off some fireworks!! It was such a great night.

Thanksgiving Point Gardens

On July 27th my family and I went to walk around the gardens to look at all the pretty flowers!! It was a very hot and humid day, we didn't stay to long since we were all melting from the heat. Blakelee and the girls loved when we would put their feet in the water so they could cool off and splash around. What a fun day out in such a beautiful place!!

Summa Time

This summer has been a fun one to say the least. We have had lost of outside and inside time!!!

I can not even believe that the summer is almost over. It has gone by way to quickly... doesn't it always?? I love the summer and I never want to see it leave but this summer has been such a hot one and we haven't had much time to hit the pools and we haven't even been to the lakes... Bummer!!! So I am getting ready for Fall weather and can not wait for the crisp in the air!!

We have enjoyed so many fun times together and are waiting for more to come!!! One more official month of summer. We need to make the best of it.

4th of July

 For the 4th of July Griff and I both had the day off!!! Miracle!!

In the morning my Grandparents ward always does a breakfast at the their ward house, so we headed over there to enjoy some yummy pancakes, hash browns, and eggs. We hung out and chatted for a bit then over to my moms for a nap.

I had to run to the store to get stuff to make my 4th of July treat for the BBQ.

I saw these cute sparkler treats on Pinterest!!

We headed over to my Uncles in laws house at Sugar House for our annual BBQ and fireworks. We have been going to Sugar House Park for so many years now. They do the best fireworks.

The food was fabulous and so were all the goodies. Everyone brings such a great dish!!

I love that all my family is there and that Blake's is getting to know her 2nd cousins. They love her!!

Blake and Jae loved their suckers!! That was Blake's first sucker, she loved it so much and was so mad when I took it away from her because she was rubbing it on the blanket haha!!!

We all headed to the front yard to lay out our blankets to watch the show!!!

Blakelee loved all the fireworks and would clap with everyone. Surprisingly they did not scare her.

Such a fun night with the family!!
