On New Years Griff and I invited our friends Steve and Lara over for some games and dinner. When they arrived we called Texas Road House to get our name on their 1 hour and 45 min wait list. So when we got to the restaurant we only had to wait 5 minutes!! Perfect :).
We had such a yummy dinner, We love Texas Road House!!!
We then went back to our house, bathed and fed Blakelee so she would go to sleep while we played games!! Well putting her down was not working this night... dang Fireworks!!!! People were lighting them off from 10 o'clock on. She could not fall asleep because they were scarring her. So during our game I kept running up there trying to comfort her. She usually sleeps SOOO good so it was very unusual for her to have a hard time falling asleep!!
We played Dirty Minds!! It is actually a very cleaver game. Haha!!!
Steve and Lara provided some yummy treats and the game! Thanks guys :)
Once we had a winner... Lara!!! She kicked our butts, we turned on the ball drop and of course had our midnight kiss!!! Love this man so much it is so fun that he has been my only New Years kiss ever!!! :)
Still not sleeping at Midnight!!!!
She was MAD!!! I had to give her a few more ounces and rock her sleep so finally fell asleep at 12:30.
Hope everyone had a great New Years. We sure did!!
Happy 2013 it will be a fun year with a little one growing right before our eyes.
