3 Months Old

Can you believe that on December 30th that this little one was 3 months old?

Neither can we. I remember when she was first born I thought to myself 'is she ever going to get more interactive and grow a little bigger?' and now I am thinking.. WOW times has flown!! She is the most precious little girl I have ever known. I love her so so so much. She puts the biggest smile on our faces daily. When we go in to get her out of her crib she is smiling and giggling. It is the best feeling seeing her so happy. She is learning how to grab at toys and her Binky, when her Binky falls out she tries so hard to put it back in. She has succeed a few times and other times she gets in in backwards and gets frustrated. Yes she is still a Binky baby... It calms her down and whatever calms her is fine with me. We will be winging her off it sooner then later, I don't want her to be one of those kids with teeth and just chewing on it. She loves starring at things, she just studies them for minutes on end. Like blankest, writing on clothing, her toys, and the TV. Blake's is sleeping so good now!! But at the beginning of being 3 months she would fall to sleep around 8 or 9 and wake up around 5-5:30 for a diaper change and a bottle. I was getting irritated that she was back tracking but now she is back to sleeping 9-11 hours. The swing is her favorite, she will swing in that for hours and just giggle at herself or sleep. She loves to sit in her bumbo while I am getting ready for the day and just talk to me the whole time. She will also sit in her high chair while I am making dinner and talk my ear off. She sure loves her voice and will sing and talk all day if someone is paying attention to her. She found her Toes!!! It is so so cute seeing her grab at them and hang on to them all day. She gets so confused when there is an animal face staring at her on her feetie pj's. She stares at them and pulls on them trying to get it off!! Haha! 

She loves to hang on to things, like my finger, hair, her hands, toes, blankets, bottles, and Binky. She is getting so good at holding her bottle!! I just have to help her out every once in a while but for the most part she holds it all on her own. Good job baby girl!!! When there is a blanket in front of her it goes straight in her mouth. She is up to 6 ounces every 3-4 hours and we just weighed her at our house tonight and it said 12 pounds. She loves her food so much and get very very very mad when she is hungry, other then that she is the happiest baby around!! She so badly wants to sit up. She is working her stomach muscles every few hours trying to lift her body off the ground to sit up like mommy and daddy. She is also trying so hard and is so close to rolling. When she is on her back she arches so far and will be rolling any day. I keep trying to have my camera ready so I can catch it!! She loves tummy time!! She will lay on her stomach for so long until she is bored!! She scoots her bum in the air and is trying so hard to crawl. She bends her knees as if to crawl but hasn't figured out what to do with her arms.

She LOVES to stand any time we hold her she straightens her legs and just will stand on our laps or on the floor. We did give her a little taste of a Tootsie Roll on Christmas and maybe a taste of the salt off a popcorn... (yeah don't judge!!) She loved the flavors!!! She will be so happy to have other foods other then a boring bottle. She loves colors, anytime a cartoon is on the TV or I have a colorful shirt or painted nails she can't stop starring at them and wanting it in her mouth! Haha! Her acid reflux is doing so much better, she still spits up, but what baby doesn't?? It is not as bad as it used to be, Thank Heavens :)!!

We love this girly so much and can not get enough of her. She is our pride and joy!!!
